Terms Of Service
Work Duration : Typically, the work duration ranges from 2 to 7 days, up to 1 to 2 weeks depending on the type of work (line work is expedited). The drawing queue runs in the order of payment notification and brief submission.
Price: The prices listed are just starting prices for personal use. If used for commercial purposes, the price will be 1.8x. Additional inquiries for expedited work are allowed before queuing. If there are no available slots, permission to divide the queue is requested with a 1.5x charge. (For more details and payment process, please refer to the work process.)
Work Submission: Files are to be sent via Google Drive. Accepted file formats are PNG (transparent background)/ JPEG. / PDF. If the image size is not specified, it will be made into 3700 x 5250 pixels (600dpi), proportioned to A3 size. If layered files are required, such as separate backgrounds or with-without cloth, please specify in the brief before starting work. Additional charges may apply based on the complexity of the task.
Additional Agreements: We request permission to retain and post all artwork on my personal social media with watermark on every image. We will always ask for permission with the client first. Copyrights to the artwork belong to the client or as agreed upon. Credit will be given to the artist under the name chubbyhand. Any modification, hard ref, or trace of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
เงื่อนไขการรับงาน
ระยะเวลางาน : โดยปกติระยะเวลาการทำงานจะอยู่ที่ 2 - 7 วัน ไปจนถึง 1 - 2 สัปดาห์ขึ้นไปตามประเภทของงานค่ะ(ประเภทเส้นจะไวเป็นพิเศษ) โดยคิววาดจะรันตามลำดับการแจ้งโอนและส่งบรีฟ
ราคางาน : ราคาที่ระบุไว้เป็นเพียง ราคาเริ่มต้น สำหรับใช้ส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น หากนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์จะราคา x1.8 งานเร่งคุยถามคิวเพิ่มเติมก่อนได้ หากไม่มีสลอตแบ่งเข้าได้ขออนุญาติ x1.5 นะคะ (รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมและขั้นตอนการจ่ายดูได้ที่ขั้นตอนการทำงานค่ะ)
การรับงาน : ไฟล์ส่งทาง google drive สกุลไฟล์งานที่ทำคือ PNG.(ตัวละครพื้นหลังใส) / JPEG. / PDF. หากไม่แจ้งขนาดภาพจะทำเป็นขนาด 3700 x 5250 px (600dpi) โดยสัดส่วนเป็นขนาด a3 แต่ละเอียดกว่า หากต้องการไฟล์ที่สามารถแยกเลเยอร์ได้ เช่น ฉากเต็มแยก เปิด-ปิด เสื้อผ้าได้ หรืออื่นๆ แจ้งในบรีฟก่อนการเริ่มงานเท่านั้น และขออนุญาตคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มตามความยากง่ายของงานค่ะ
ข้อตกลงเพิ่มเติม : ผลงานทุกชิ้นทางเราจะขออนุณาตเก็บเป็นผลงานและโพสต์ลงสื่อมีเดียส่วนตัวของเราโดยมีลายน้ำให้ทุกภาพ โดยเราจะสอบถามกับคุณลูกค้าก่อนเสมอ โดยกรรมสิทธิ์ในผลงานเป็นของผู้ว่าจ้าง หรือ ตามที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ โดยที่ให้เครดิตนักวาดด้วยชื่อ chubbyhand ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นห้ามนำผลงานไปดัดแปลงแก้ไข หรือวาดทับโดยเด็ดขาด

Work Process
Booking Queue: Reservation of queue slot with a deposit of 200 THB, which will be deducted from the first half of the deposit. Booking can be made directly through chat.
Submission of Work Brief: Submit the work brief through Google Doc or send an image and details via chat. If the previous work finishes before the deadline, we will notify in advance. If you wish to cancel the booking, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. If less than that, we regret that the deposit cannot be refunded.
Line Draft Submission: At this stage, adjustments can be made up to 3 rounds after confirming the initial draft and paying 50% of the deposit (deducting the 200 Baht booking fee). The duration is within 2-7 days. The line work must be paid in full and get the final file at this stage.
Final Color Submission: Adjustments can be made up to 2 rounds at this stage (if there are mistakes made by the artist, corrections in this part will be free of charge). Adjustments can be made in terms of color and some details, but character composes cannot be altered. After confirming the image, the client will pay the remaining 50% deposit, and then we will send the file via Google Drive. The duration is within 3-14 days.

ส่งรายละเอียดบรีฟงาน ผ่าน GOOGLE DOC หรือเเนบภาพเเละรายเอียดทางเเชท หากงานก่อนหน้าเสร็จก่อนกำหนด ทางเราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนถึงคิว หากต้องการถอนคิวแจ้งล่วงหน้า 3 วัน หากน้อยกว่านี้ขออนุญาติไม่คืนเงินมัดจำ
ส่งร่างเส้น โดยขั้นตอนนี้สามารถแก้ได้ 3 รอบ หลังคอนเฟิร์มแบบร่างจ่ายมัดจำ 50% (หักค่ามัดจำ200บาท) ระยะเวลาอยู่ที่ 2 - 7 วัน ส่วนของงานลายเส้นจ่าย 100% เลยโดยไฟนอลจะสิ้นสุดในส่วนนี้
ส่งภาพ โดยขั้นตอนนี้สามารถแก้ได้ 2 รอบ(หากนักวาดพลาดเองการแก้ในส่วนนั้นจะแก้ให้ฟรีค่ะ) แก้ได้ในส่วน สี รายละเอียดบางจุด แต่ไม่สามารถ แก้ไขท่าทางตัวละครได้นะคะ หลังคอนเฟิร์มภาพ ผู้ว่าจ้างชำระ 50% ที่เหลือ แล้วทางเราจะส่งไฟล์ให้ทาง google drive ระยะเวลาขั้นตอนนี้อยู่ที่ 3-14 วัน
